Where is my order?
You can track your order using the tracking link sent to your registered email after dispatch.
What are the types of delivery?
We offer Standard Shipping (4–7 business days) and Express Shipping (1–3 business days) in select cities. Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking link via SMS or email.
Can I change the delivery address of an order?
If your order hasn’t been shipped, we may be able to update your address. Contact our support team as soon as possible.
What should I do if I have not received all the items in my purchase?
If any item is missing or incorrect, reach out to us at support@beyura.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and photos for faster resolution.
What should I do if I have received an incorrect or defective item?
We're sorry about that! Please report it within 48 hours of delivery. Be sure to include details and photos when contacting us.
How can I cancel my online order?
Sign in to My Account. Go to Orders to view your online orders. If the ‘Cancel Order’ button is visible, select it to cancel your order. If the button is not visible, it means order is fulfilled, and it is too late to cancel your order.
How can I exchange or return an online purchase?
To request a return or exchange, make sure the item is unused and with tags. The return must be initiated within 3 days of delivery. Contact our support team as soon as possible.
How can I exchange an in-store purchase?
At the moment, returns or exchanges for in-store purchases must be handled directly at the store of purchase.
How can I find out the status of my return?
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll send you an update by email. You’ll hear from us within 2–3 business days.
How and when will I receive my refund?
If approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Bank processing times may vary.
What are the return conditions?
Returns must be initiated within 3 days. Items should be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.
Can I exchange my in-store purchase?
In-store purchases are only eligible for exchange or return at the same retail location, following their policies.
Can I place an order from outside of India?
We currently deliver only within India. International shipping is on our roadmap — stay tuned!
